When its as bad as mine
Do you keep it bottled up
And act like everythings fine?
I keep having all these dreams
Maybe its a sign
Sometimes all i wanna do is cry
And think what if i could turn back time.
My secret haunts me
Yes its true

Browsing through your portfolio and once again in amazement of your strong portraits. I love the rich and rawness of the human condition that you paint. This piece calls to me. She is almost in a cocoon or web with her secrets. The contrast is perfect and the skin is painted so very beautifully. Ray you are one amazing artist who I admire very much. F/L and a Wow too!

Sigh! This beautiful,sensual and expressive art is in so many ways and on so many levels deeply moving. I have lived this and most likely will again. Thank you so much for bringing real life into paintings. I can hear her heart beat and feel the lonliness. Just my interpretation but it calls out the siren's song in silence. Very moving indeed!!VF

Secrets is a play on shade, shadow, light and transparency. This is only an exercise in using the most transparent of oil pigments. much is made of Prussian blue and umbers. So happy you like Secrets Beto.:o)
